Bodycon dresses can be intimidating, especially when you feel that you don't want to reveal every parts of your body to the world or say you've had a kid and you body isn't what it used to be ... I am all about self love ! I believe everyone is beautiful in their own ways. You don't need to have perfect abs and a perfectly tone body to wear something fitting as long as you feel confident nothing else truly matters. To be honest, I always had this complex about my stomach area. It may be related to my previous career in the fashion world or to my own insecurities and my lack of commitment to the gym but wearing fitted clothing without spanks is like wearing a plead mini skirt without boyshorts. I would feel bare notably on a windy day ! With a slinky ruched or with a twist front dress you give accents to certain parts of your body by "concealing" the less faltering ones. A ruched skirt or dress will accentuate your behind and curves by flattening your stomach area. Add a bomber or blazer and you can indulge a little more at dinner with desert without feeling super bloated.
For details of this outfit, I unfortunately do not remember what store I purchase this dress.. It was one of those instagram shop from Australia but you can find similar ones on many website ... As for the bomber it's from Revolve, a couples seasons ago. And you already know about the Perspex heels.. Mine are from Steve Maddens. You can find them at much more reasonable prices on sites like public desire or ego.
